Seriously, I agree with McGruff! When you were 6-0 there wasnt a lot of grumbling and you were excited to moving up the coaches poll each week. We are ALL frustrated with the SIM. Your frustration is understood, but its nothing that every single team here doesnt go through. Having everyone set their tactics to be on the same page is tough. Having everyone build their players the way GMs want is tough. Dealing with players who have gone inactive is also tough.
You obviously have a great team. You will encounter 1-4 losses each season just due to tough teams, Sim AI errors, a better plan by another team etc...
Good luck, and I hope you dont fold due to 2 losses to good PRO teams.
I can understand why the frustration comes out after the losses because I was not happy about our loss to BDC. I take nothing away from BDC. They had a great game plan for us and earned that win. That said, we had discussed our frustration with the sim in-house prior to that game. Frustration grows when you lose a game and it can become public. Several other OPL owners/GMs voiced their frustration with the sim following my outburst.
The key is figuring out what works. Use the losses as motivation like we have. The Nites have pretty much had the same identity since we started dominating in Season 2. This season is the first where we have really struggled to adjust to the Bortifications. It is even more frustrating to see teams like WSI and MM not miss a beat. You just need to roll with the punches and figure out what works now. We are half way through the season and you are 6-2, so obviously you have found some things that work for you already. Use that as a base and build from there. Nobody in OPL wants to see another team fold. It is sad enough to already see the lack of original OPL teams in this league. You earned the right to be here, but you have to fight to hold your ground and keep a place in OPL.

if we can manage to win few games here lol. we have bunch of guys that wanna stay which will make crecruiting a little easier this season and we won't take such a chemistry hit and be really low for the start of the season. hopefully next year we will make some noise. we haven't had a great opportunity since we came here to make some noise because of the chemistry.
i am not usually one for looking past this season to next, but we haven't had a good opportunity to show our capabilities. i'm glad at least some people see our potential
