The dismantling is news to me? I know real life is starting to interfere with the time I used to spend BS'n around on here, learning new things, having fun, but I guess the nerfing pushed Crowl over the edge? I doubt he is going to dismantle the team, and is just pissed off that what worked for us through Season 1-6 is pretty much worthless now, and a lot of us don't have the time to sit around and figure out what will work in Season 7.

It's what every team has to do. Time or not.

This is still in testing..And probably always will be until Bort shuts it down or whatever.

We know what we get when do anything on GLB.

Yeah, I hear you.

Personally, I am burnt out from this game. I've been the OC/DC for several seasons now. A one many army can only march so long.

I just wanted to pop in and say congrats to the Gods getting their first win! Nice job guys- we gave it away in the 4th. You should have won it in regulation, so the KR in OT wasn't all that upsetting. You guys have a good team that s only getting better as your chemistry improves. Good luck the rest of the way, and knock some folks off for me! I still have hopes for the playoffs-

Bushido - He a few of your comments came off as excuses.

"Our QB changed settings"

"I didn't have time to scout"

Those are excuses..TIT is a great team, just learn to say GG, you guys deserved the win.

No worries about Bushido or Orlando. The decision has been made to tear down and start over again. Best of luck to OPro the rest of the year.

You've got to be bullshitting. No way you tear up a 6-2 team.

Don't quit Orlando. Show some respect for yourselves and the teams you are playing.

I totally understand this. The issue is the timing. If it is so hardon you to keep up, it should've been hard when you were 6-0.

But I understand the frustration. Many of us have been fighting the SIM this season.

It is my opinion that the ONLY change to the game this season should have been the vet abilities. The rest of the sim should have been left EXACTLY the same. This would have given teams a chance to adjust to those, and then Bort could have worked in other changes as we went.

As it is now, it's very hard for teams that had enjoyed success and now are struggling mightily to identify the source of their problems. It would not surprise me at all if there are mass guttings as this season wears on.

it's not so much power backs being so beefed up. matter of fact i don't even think that is a valid reason. there is better reasoning. for one all the other players.

you have now almost all de's focusing on agility and speed rushing in evasively. you have dts and de's without as much str as normal.

therefore when you run a play up the middle? well who is there to stop him. not the dt he's getting manhandled by the center and guard. not the de's they are swinging wide. maybe a lb but you prob got them in coverage or blitzing on the left side when most runs are to right.

there is lot more that is the cause of power hbs being so good lately. you can't have cake and eat it. you wanna be able to blitz every play but not in the middle? well it comes back to haunt ya when a run is called up the middle

i agree they are harder to tackle and they are benefitting. but alot of this is caused from players going away from str to get agility to speed rush.

in my opinion.

Don't worry he will make ten more changes next season. Personally the only things that really piss me off are the DE nerfs and the rendering of speed backs useless. Everything else can be dealt with, but when you can get no pressure on the QB without blitzes and you can't run, you are screwed.

So much for a sportsmanship thread....LOL.

Seriously, I agree with McGruff! When you were 6-0 there wasnt a lot of grumbling and you were excited to moving up the coaches poll each week. We are ALL frustrated with the SIM. NONE of us like losing and quite frankly many of these teams are not used to losing. We are all in PRO, which means at one time or another we were all very successful. OPRO is a meat/gnome grinder. We will all lose a game here or there. The NITES were unstoppable for three seasons until MM beat us in the Championship. MM was then passed the torch of unstoppable until WSI knocked them off. Now WSI is enjoying the top. Its a cycle. Granted, there are teams that I know will be at the top of each conference year in and year out, due to great builds, great owners, great planning, great recruiting. We all have to adjust. Our team is struggling as well. Our early season loss has motivated us even more to try to figure things out.

Your frustration is understood, but its nothing that every single team here doesnt go through. Having everyone set their tactics to be on the same page is tough. Having everyone build their players the way GMs want is tough. Dealing with players who have gone inactive is also tough.

You obviously have a great team. You will encounter 1-4 losses each season just due to tough teams, Sim AI errors, a better plan by another team etc...

Good luck, and I hope you dont fold due to 2 losses to good PRO teams.

You know, I like the motivation of supporting each team here, but to continue pampering them with sympathy is getting abit redundant.

Alot of people said their piece along with sharing their sportsmanship attitude along with their experiences. Think its time to return this thread to what it was originally intended for and let them make the decision themselves.

Apologies for being the ass here. =x

You forgot to mention the team before the Nites

Was there a league back then
I kid, I kid.

The Gods went to back to back championship games winning (1). Then Canberra went to back to back championship games winning (1), then the NITEs have represented the last 4 in the Pros, then MM, and then TITS..........so yes, there is a pattern at the top and it will change again at some point.
