Interestingly enough, the mental image I had was a dude trying to break down "film" on NFL games by simply watching the broadcasts, while reading Cat Fancy during the commercials.

So I had this kitten dumped on my porch with an old shirt sometime while I was at work yesterday. I get home around 6:30 pm and decide to take it in until I can get it with a no kill shelter or friend who wants it, knowing that this kitten, no older than 3 or 4 weeks is just going to die from the 40 degree temps.

I went to get supplies from the local Petsmart, bringing the kitten with me, and holy shit was that thing a magnet. Just about everyone wanted to pet him. You tell someone it's a stray kitten that was dumped on your porch and that you are temporarily fostering it and they're melting. Probably helps that I'm a taller guy and the kitten basically fit in my hand.

same goes for dogs, when I took my moms puppy out for walks on the beach when we were in california it was a babe magnet

on that note: i have a dislike of people who buy dogs.

i also despise people who never get their pets fixed and keep pumping out babies.

Cats are either evil and tear your whole house apart or they are just super chill and only bother you when they want food or to go outside. Like every month you need to clean up their shit. They need to see a vet a bit early in life, then like every three years for the next fifteen.

I wear a lot of dark suits, so shedding is an issue I'd rather not deal with in general.
