I can't speak for Stobie (not my multi), but if you're inferring that he has better things to do than (likely) manually send email reminders about a fantasy game that got very little traction, that brings him no revenue, that could cost him revenue...well, maybe he has decided he has better things to do.

Lol..pretty sure it isn't a manual email. He has that thing on a trigger/batch job. It does bring new customers though. I can tell you have never owned a business...
