Black Mamba Update
Run Stuffers stuff the Jedi run and take the 1st victory in this long, historic war! It was a defensive struggle, as was predicted. Both teams combined for 314 yards on 121 carries. 1st downs were hard to come by but none bigger than this one:

It set up the only score of the game. With their loss, Jedi Order fall to 2nd place in Gamma after Pain takes care of the lowly Rebels with ease and regain 1st place.
Meanwhile, Fury took care of business and gave Blue Ridge another loss which drops them to 2nd place in Beta and gives 1980s Run Stuffers sole possession of 1st place. Fury is keeping pace with Whoville and Northland in Alpha, still one game behind as all 3 put another notch in the win column today. Northland whipped up on Cyberninja and his Knights to stay tied for 1st in Alpha with Whoville, who keeps coming up with ways to win.
They soundly beat the Simpsons who are starting to implode. This once great organization needs to find an identity...and fast. Black Mamba is the deepest and most competitive league in rookie. They will be out of wildcard contention if they don't start winning soon.
