I agree with both of your statements, but if you have an attribute at 54.5 right now imo, you are going to be rounded to early and are going to get your shit pushed in in a few seasons after you dominate all the teams who are building for primaries to reach 165-170.. The one point I did like that you made was the boosting before you hit level 25. If you do it right, you boost to level 24.9 and when you rollover that night you get VXP that first day instead of starting the day after.
