how the hell does this rectify anything? dpride purposefully fucks up his own AI knowing it will cause this drama and then claims someone hacked his or someone else's account to try and steal a WL spot. Anyone who thinks anything else happened is just being blind.

Why would Blaze get the open Spot. I'm sure teams like BAB, Chicago, and Buda might have a problem with that.

If the Blaze are given a spot, it would seem that any top Pro team could just throw the Conference Championship game and claim they were hacked. If we give a spot to the Blaze why couldn't other Pro teams in the future claim the same thing and get a free promotion to WL?

I'm sure there have been plenty of dominant undefeated teams that lost in the conference championship and there will be some in the future as well. Letting the Blaze in would create a loophole where any of those teams can claim AI failure and get in.

I agree they have a nice roster but to say that they would have clearly won if they didn't fuck up is stupid. Would have been a much different game but it's not like we were just going to lay over and had no idea what we were doing going in.

I couldn't agree more.

I would rather keep a demoting wl team up who didn't make the playoffs then have a pro team promote. WL is earned not given. Sucks what happened but it is what it is.
