I noticed it a lot today in games. I guess Level 12 is when that particular SA kicks in or they hit 60 on throwing or something. I've seen it in other games in the past few days, but not as much as I did in one game like I saw today (not just my game, a few others I've watched as well).

Guzz, none of my guys even reached lvl12 until after today's game, so I don't know if 12 is the magic number.
