Notice the towns name that i listed? well im from Elmont NY. and in Elmont is the Belmont racetrack where the 3rd leg of the Triple crown is. So ya, i love horseracing and agree its sad when they have to put em down

Yeah this one seemed really odd to me.

She looked great at the finish all the way until they took the camera off her to show the owners of big brown. Then next you hear is that she fell down onto her side. I am still unsure if she broke them during the run because in the replay she did not slip or stumble or anything.

You got a mouth on you, don't you?

KKS shows that some on Tallahassee have class.

So your upset that our D-Line didn't fold up like cheap hookers akin to some of the other D-Lines you've faced so far this year? I was wondering why there was a "stunned silence" in this thread so far this afternoon...that's right, all the chest thumping suddenly stopped.

Come back for a cake walk any day, sport...because it sure as hell doesn't look like you had a cake walk today...and I'm sure the Bears and Roughnecks are going to give it their best shot too, so perhaps loosing is something you'll have to accept as a possibility from now on and stop making excuses for it.

As for the playoffs, I don't *assume* we are going to the playoffs...not based on the first 4-5 games of the year...you might be a lot less unhappy if you didn't either.

To the rest of the Seminoles, I salute you on a hard fought game that could have went either way.

This is a great conference with an active message board and very competitive teams at the top. There are a variety of reasons we lost to you that make me think we'll win if we meet in the postseason - obviously both our teams are very good and there will be no guarantees. One of my teammates mentioned 3 plays where my WR beat the secondary badly but couldn't get to the ball or get to the endzone. The sim may make these look closer than they really were, but I wept like a baby when I saw these in a 6 point loss...

They put her down on the track, damn shame to she had a shot to be the first filly to win the derby in a long time.

The first one was way off as far as catching.

The third one the guy was up against our top CB who outclasses all your WR's by 2 levels minimum (IIRC)...catching the ball was all the yardage he was going to get most likely.

Now that second play was close...but it is hard to tell what is going on without an actual RL PBP...I'd be curious to see what your WR was doing...you know, like was he not looking...did he over run his route? Was there enough pressure to cause an earlier pass but not cause a hurry?

According to the stats in yardage, etc. you guys outplayed us on offense by a margin and came up short of luck...but the fact that you actually needed some fair breaks to win this game shows that it was far from the cake walk that others on your team claim...with no disrespect to Sphere, but you guys stole their milkshake.

Our D-Line held you hard and fast...they denied you red zone opportunities at critical points and forced you to kick field goals instead of scoring touchdowns...our offense didn't out produce you - that could be a loosing game with Seminoles as others have shown...but our D-Line held you guys when it counted the most.

I did do some special depth chart moves just for our game, things I didn't think necessary against other teams.

But it seems odd that some of the Seminoles expect every game to be a cake walk...if it was totally about stats then there would be no need to play the games.

Seminoles got a lesson in what Carl von Clausewitz called "friction"...its bound to happen to everyone - very well could happen to the Mavericks or Roughnecks their next game.

Are you factoring in the passing game in yesterday's "Bloody Friday Massacre" will be back to what it was before Bort fudged with the settings? A huge reason for a lot of losses yesterday was the QB settings turned a lot of team's passing attacks into PewWee football team passing attacks. I read hundreds of posts in the bugs forum yesterday of Level 14 QB's suddenly going 5/53. Bort's new algorithm caused everybody's passing game to miss receivers badly, or there was an epidemic of INT's. That's why you have an extra 100 Flex Points in your account this morning and an apology by Bort.

We lost 17-13. We had more yardage, more plays, controlled the clock, yet had FIVE INT'S in the Red Zone because of the FUBAR'd passing settings by Bort. Now...did the Storm really beat us, or did Bort? I know one thing...had I known the passing game had been fudged by Bort before the game, we would have backed off the pass game to see how they worked first.

Nope...fully accepted it as part of playing a Beta game, and looking forward to the next game. We're a power run team, everybody knows we pound it, we don't try and hide it...we just turn our guys loose and run it till somebody drops. Yesterday, of all times, I tried the passing game for the first time. We'll go back to what made us 6-2 last year and 3-0 beginning this year thankyouverymuch.

Its all good, this game is improving everyday, although it was our qbs worst day ever they somehow still didnt even throw an int. I should have tried to run it more anyways, but usually we pass the ball with no problem, but we are getting 100 free flex points from Mr. Bort for the F up anyways! And all the teams were playing with it.
