I would like this idea, but what about a level cap? ideas on this? Im thinking with all the players switching ages, It would give the younger players a little less of an advantage. Just thinking though

I haven't been able to look through or process a lot of detail but 3 seasons to D40 alone should help a lot. At least you can start moving around and doing stuff around then.

Is the 1.6% training boost going to use the "real numbers" or the non-rounded numbers?
Remember back when i was asking about the training percentages and trying to figure out why some of the percentages had decimals and some did not.. You asked Bort and he stated that the the decimal numbers where a bug.
So my question is this is Bort going to use 1.6% or 2% or 1% when he fixes the training percentages?????

nah, player cycle is way too long....details just need to be ironed out to make sure that the 20K+ plus players whose owners have done virtual builds on them and have spent 1+ years working on a dot don't have to throw all of their work aside with the changes. As long as the training and such is ramped up to exactly match what's going on now...just at an accelerated pace, it's an awesome move.
