There's a few owners that I'll retract that statement for and even when I wrote that I had a few in mind though didn't think to mention them and yes.. you'd be one of them. FG is one of the best (if not the best) to not win the big one. Teams like TIA also were consistently really great (before he gave up boosting), and there is a next tier where I'll throw in guys like myself, Gerr, and so forth that consistently have solid teams. After that Pee-Wee is just interchanging parts.. the bottom half of both conferences are just interchangeable teams that come in, maybe last a season or two, and fade out. It's not tough to put up one great season, especially your first one in Gold when you're fresh and excited. Your second season in Gold is much tougher (especially in season's past when we all token boosted for top teams... first year teams had a big advantage there as nobody ever token boosted for them).

I would hope for nothing less than your best game. To be honest, you guys outplayed us most of the game. Were it not for the 3 INT's, I'm pretty sure you'd have taken us out.

I am a rare case, I became more into Gold since season 15.

Gonna go ahead and send a GG to FInal Thought. Don't even wanna see the final score, cause I know it ain't gonna be pretty.

Wanna offer my apologies to all the other teams in Gold. We weren't able to give a 100% effort this season due to RL issues causing myself and others to be away and not do much gameplanning.
I learned a lot about the intensity and competitiveness in this league this season. Learned especially that you cannot afford to take any team lightly, and there are more than a few DC's and OC's who can outgameplan me, hands down.
We will be demoted at season's end, and hope to do well in whatever Silver league we find ourselves. I'm thinking next season will be my last as owner of the Renegades....decided that at the end of last season, not a result of the debacle S17 has turned out to be.
Best of luck to all those in the playoffs......thank you for a learning experience I won't soon forget.
