Okay I was tired last night and just did some tedious work in this thread to make sure I had numbers right with no duplicates and no teams counted in that were out of region and yeah I was off. Got them written down including the new votes.
I'd like to personally thank teams that tried to stack the ballot and did for a bit.

36 for it , 13 against it.
After the tedious work of writing down the team name and league number (as sometimes names are duplicated I wanted to make CERTAIN I counted correctly this time around). I even gave the for it the votes that didn't say which way as I'm sure they would say no if they were against it.
Again, thanks to those that tried to stack it (get the numbers higher), it almost worked. Number is still more for it than against it. And now I have the teams down that have had a vote. (hell I might be more thorough than Bort here)

Well, seeing as Bort's first post said owners and GMs, I'm not sure your sarcasm about stacking is warranted.

Honestly, at this point it's getting to be late, I mean is this another 10-15 day off-season? If not, the off-season is over in like what, 2-3 days.

I want to thank JcWildcat for his hard work of doing the tallying - much appreciated, man!
You guys are not making this easy on me...26% of the vote says no, and I was hoping to see more like 90% for it and 10 against to make me think about going back on things.
Also, another wrench: I was just discussing this in regard to next season's structure update and doing a shuffle in the non-bottom tier here, with 16 BBBs below is possibly going to cause problems for the restructure setup, as in long term it would quite possibly cause more issues than you are seeing today, making us promote entire BBB leagues up to take over the CPU leagues that would be created and such. You have to realize that this shuffling thing is merely to get us ready to go for a much bigger restructure.

I hadn't seen this thread until now, but my answer would be a conditional yes. The condition being that if EEA gets shuffled, we get placed with the BBB teams we played with last season that have the same settings as us.

This as well...doing this did not exactly fit into my original scheduled plans.

Yea I can see the problem there Bort, if you put all the teams that are level 35-40+ in the same league or 2, the BBB teams that get promoted might be at an insane disadvantage next season plus if you leave them where they are, if they are truly the best team, they are out of this league and in AA next season which evens out this league instead of keeping them around but centered in 1-2 leagues which forces you to reshuffle again next off-season.

I suppose this means a no then.

Should still be a GO heck i'll wait a longer offseason and i'm willing to lose a few rivalry matchups if it means i play against equal level competition the whole season. As it stands now about 50% of the teams i stand to face have players that outlevel mine by more then 10+ levels.

The BBB's will not really exist in the same form next season; since we're moving to a tower type shape further down the line. The whole point of the shuffle was to get the bottom most tier set up to be restructured, so the lower leveled teams turn into the next leg(s) down on the tower. It just happens to also have the side effect of those teams getting to enjoy the benefits this season as well.
