I remember i spent a summer in Wilmington, NC(1997). enrollment at UNCW was 70% women, and the town was right on the beach. downtown had a great bar scene too.

none of them acted married.......

Back in my undergrad the night classes had some married chicks (bunch of mothers). It wasn't until I went back for my MBA in which all the chicks were married.

Okay, some person or persons ITT has been using the Lord's name in vain. I find this offensive and wish it to never happen again.

Im not sure but I am guessing you are lumping everyone who is 18+ into the adult category. Although I guess by those standards its correct, but lets be real, that shit aint true.

Seems like most of what people are talking are 18-25. Which I can understand people have issue with so many people that young being married, but meh.

Maybe in an overall big picture "people get married too early" thing, but I'm getting the vibe that it's a small scale personal frustration.

I can't think of an exact word to describe it, but it's somewhere between petty, childish, and sexist. Being angered at women for getting married because it cuts out of your potential pool?

Being married that young does not take them out of the potential pool...girls will cheat, and most of them will within 2 years of marriage after they realize they made a mistake getting married so early. Mainly that applies to ages 19 to 22
