the hardest hit specifically seem to be QBs. 1st season since rookie that eli is under 60% completion, on pace for throwing the highest amount of INTs in his career, lowest yards, lowest total TDs, etc - yet somehow hes the #3 ranked QB on the HOF even though were a run 1st team. didnt crunch any numbers on other QBs compared to their last season totals, but eli has no business being ranked #3 with how little we have been passing and how poorly we've been doing at it lol

Our QB is currently have a career best season in passing% and yards per attempt. Ranked very low in the HoF though.

Ours is having his worst season since rookie, but only slightly worse than last season.

Ours is not as good as last season but very close to the season before. Ranked 4th in Hof for Vet this season so far.

Hey Vets, It seems like our passing offense is half of what it was last season. Is this due to the CIT changes in the off season?

yes lots of good teams, but also it seems some of the recent changes have manufactured a bit more parity.

cant speak for every team but personally my thoughts all the new changes in the past season or two just have the defense and specifically the defensive line at a huge advantage against the offense and offensive line. pure rush teams are gone, pure pass teams are tough, and in general balanced teams need a bit of luck to convert drive after drive for a TD unless they have good field position or hit a home run on a run play.

What’s his Pass Power?

My initial thought was the CiT changes would help LZ because we throw lots of 14 yard passes and have a QB with high Pass Power (less ball flight time).

weird, should be ranked higher IMO. looking into this made me check out the top ~10 vet QBs and post a comparison between this season/last season. biggest item of note is that every single QB aside from the 1-2 that state "lower sacks" or "lower INTs" is on pace to have higher sacks+INTs than last season, some at pretty big margins. most of all QBs have 25% total yards, lower completion %, lower TDs, and lower QB rating. heres a very quick rough draft:

madison - 10 less QB rating, 25% less completions, under 60% comp, 25% less TDs
bloody - new QB so void
miners - 5 less QB rating, 25% less yards, completion % same but under 60%, 25% less TDs
bronx - 14 less QB rating, 25% less yards, completion % down 3% and under 60%, 25% less TDs
cobras - 8 less QB rating, 25% less yards, completion % down 2% and under 60%, ~ same TDs, lowest sacks
robots - 2 less QB rating, ~ same yards, completion % down 1% under 60%, ~ same TDs
whoville - 2 more QB rating, ~ same yards, completion % up 1% over 60%, ~ same TDs
mango - 4 more QB rating, ~ same yards, completion % same but under 60%, 10-15% more TDs, lower sacks/INTs
kentucky - 2 less QB rating, 25% less yards, completion % down 5% under 60%, ~ same TDs, lower INTs
beers - 23 less QB rating, 25%+ less yards, completion % down 7% almost under 50%, 50% less TDs, low sacks

only whoville and mango have seen significant increase in QB performance. BSB's QB has fallen off the rails completely. every other QB has seen a slight to moderate decline and any that have stayed mostly the same have mid-tier stats. thoughts?

I haven't been thinking of GG as truly meaning "good game", but more as a courtesy to the opponent. The more I think about it, the more I think I'm wrong. Have never meant it as a way to embarrass.

I think most do that. GE is definitely an exception.

When I'm getting blown out I just want the game to end before giving up a bunch more scores or the kneel down FG at the end. I'm already pissed and ready to move on hoping no one really noticed because I'm embarrassed. Then someone GGs me and everyone looks at the game and knows how much I suck. That is why I personally don't do it unless it is to someone that deserves further embarrassment.

There doesn't seem to be many close games this season. Good teams are getting blown out by other good teams, sometimes in spectacular fashion.

The yardage difference for my guy is mostly because I'm running the ball more. Will be able to know exactly how much is due to that as we get closer to season end. It looks like he is a half yard per attempt off last season.

I wish they would have the snow weather be random through the whole season instead of at the end of it.

Agreed. I'd also be fine with less bad weather, but not completely getting rid of it. Makes the game a little less enjoyable to watch imo.
