if someone can find out for sure you can't sign FAs with negative funds, go ahead and advance to the draft

I'm looking it up and from what I can tell you can't sign FAs or resign players if you have negative funds. There's a couple reddit threads of people having issues signing FAs because they're in the negative.

Sim up to the draft I guess.
