TBH not to take away from Minnesota, but the BSB record actually is more impressive to me. Amazing how they still have remained unbeaten in rookie.

Defense has won many ball games for us. Offense has been a bit sporadic in the scoring department. Rob has kept teams from hurting us too bad defensively. Our league games also have not been that bad as there are only a few teams that pose any threat there. Still have a few tough matchups to come at us in ladder competition and playoffs... Hoping that we do not flop along the way.

I agree Stobie - for someone to go undefeated - or even 1 loss at rookie is VERY impressive --- and says a ton about coaching and early build plans.

Particularly if you consider that they've had 6 wins by 10 or fewer points...that is CLUTCH and likely required a pretty polished game plan.

Despite having the #1 passing attack in rookie it has been defense. Rob has held all but a couple of opponents under 10 points.Build wise and planning wise I will say that I put a lot of effort in to recruiting quality agents/management and providing guidelines for skill goals for their players by the end of the season. Nothing to follow exactly and some have been blazing their own paths a bit but a lot of work did go in to the team.

I'd say the 3 easiest and most likely tiers you would see teams fighting to go undefeated would be rookie, sophomore and vet. With these 3 tiers you never have to play against a higher tiered team. So any team that went undefeated between Seasoned-Pro tier would be very impressive, since they would most likely need to beat a bunch of higher tier teams along the way.

I think the Stunners current undefeated record is much more impressive though. They have built their team and climbed all the way to Vet while dominating all the way to the #1 spot. In rookie, you can win a lot of games with gameplans alone. The Stunners have dominated with Builds, Roster Construction AND great gameplans.

You guys are too kind and gracious.

Let's try to re-enact what this discussion would look like if the two final undefeated teams were Stark Dire Wolves and the Corruscant Star Wars something or others:

Go.
