My thoughts on round 1 of the playoffs....


Playoffs

Huntsville( Executioners (A.D.D.) vs New Orleans Golden Kangaroos
How many times have we seen the 1 get upset by the 8th seed... This will not be the case in this game. Huntsville has a great def and the roos are just giving up too many points to put up a fight..


Weapons of Mass Dotstruction vs Merc's Mercenaries
Minga this is by far the hardest game to pick in the west.. just a few games ago when they played reg season the Mercs won by 2.. however WOMD put up 50 more yards on off... this is 100% a flip of the coin .. it's gonna be a Cord showdown IMO and The game of the week! Both very good owners! class teams..

Prague Punishers vs Svalbard Bears
Early in the Season I had said that PP lost a step. Phantom Of The Opera didn't take that well.. no idea what he did but he took 2 steps forward,,, The bears have been giving up way too many points against solid teams... PP well scoring on them is like pulling teeth,,,, John G is gonna need a new plan to take this game.... I got PP for the W

. Jokers Wild vs Black Hand Sons Of Anarchy
I've seen a few people giving the Jokers some crap... ya they lost a few games this season.. But take a good look at who they lost too.. anyone that makes a mistake and is not ready for the jokers will pay for it. they are as good as any team in prep.... we should see a more focused attack from them now that playoffs are starting.. Ottis and crew are good guys.. but they have lost to the top teams all season.. something they will need to fix .. is today the first day for that? I don't see it.. the jokers,, they are not into this whole losing thing,,, I think the jokers are gonna run wild...

Lehigh Valley Outlawz (A.D.D) vs Cin City River Boats
Cin city gave up 41 points to LVO.. LVOs def has been amazing... I just don't see CC slowing down LVOS attack enough to out score them... However I've seen enough 8 seeds that take out 1 seeds in my day... Any given dotday... G/L CC



Rock 'n' Roll Damnation vs Legacy's San Antonio Heat
Rikkhen and the heat are on a 4 game winning run... RNR is 1-4 in the last 5 .. I think I'll go out on a limb and take the heat in this one then again maybe RNR is playing rope-A-Dope.. There is an old sone that says RNR will never die...I hope thats true.. but i think this season is on life support...


Black Forest Blutbaden vs Stockholm Black Death
Black forest only lost 1 game.. they lost to LVO and I have not heard much from them since.. I think they are sitting in the weeds,, waiting to get even.... #1 off #2 Def ,,,, SBD has been playing good dotball...if black forest looks past them... they just may have a surprise ... Me.. I think Black Forest is pissed off and ready to get revenge.. to do that.. they got to get to the Silver Game.. To do that they have to win this game... I see a beat down TBH


. Mount Krakatoa Eruption vs Elephant Riders
I was happy to see the Riders make the playoffs.. I have no idea why but something about this team.. has me hoping them do well! now that said.. I don't see them taking this one.. MKE is a pretty solid team... and any time the #2 Off goes up against the 20th ranked Def... it's not gonna be pretty... and Mount K is a quiet team but a very good one..

as a co founder of ADD you know I'm hoping for an ADD vs ADD final.. but IMO any one of the teams above could beat each other pretty much any time....

then again there just may be that team that kicks it up a notch in the playoffs that's not on my list...

So let me say this now,,, This has been a fun season! we have had great owners, teams and Agents for the last 2 seasons.. and it's made the forums and the game fun as all hell... so Thanks ..

As usual a great write up and greatly appreciated that you take the time to do them.

Actually moving down to the 3rd spot benefited us somewhat by having two of the teams that beat us go head to head so one will be out after today. Then if I am not mistaken the winner of that game will probably be playing Huntsville snd again a game that has two of the teams who beat us go head to head.

So if we win our games and I don't count out any team that made it to the playoffs, then we should have to only face a team who beat us once and that will be for the division title. I can handle being in third place for now.
