I wondered if it was going to be a strategy for all the way to Pro or not. I've considered trying to put together this type of team:

QB - Deep Passer
QB - passing build normal
HB - Receiver/speed
HB - Receiver/blocker/power
FB - Receiver/speed
FB- Receiver/blocker/power
o-line of pass blocking builds
TE- Receiver/Speed
TE - Receiver/blocker/power
WR- speed and possession builds maybe one power build as well.

Then focus the pass all the time on offense. You either build a team to do run and pass or you build to run or pass.

I'd say they have been quite successful as well; 3 league championships, couple GLB tourney championships plus additional bling. They are feeling the affects now though, SIM changes and other teams rounding out have caused them to level-out for the past couple seasons.

I always hated playing against them tbh.

I'd love to see those sorts of builds, but the archetypes don't' really cater for it. You could go Combo for each, but they would be average at best. Also, getting someone to invest Blocking for their HB is a hard sell for an OC. I've tried but have always been ignored.

It was the opposite for us, we were always crappy until our WR's got to level 60 or so. Now the sim favours us but we're too one dimensional to do anything effective.

Either way, it was the most fun I've ever had with any team.

Guys need to realize players have to be able to perform all the tasks their position needs to be able to do. QBs have to run block so why not HBs (they actually do block whether you build for them to do it or not). If owners recruit them agents will build them
