Will there be a certain amount of time for everyone that currently has an account to sign up on the list? I'm asking this because I don't think it would be fair for a person that has been on the list for 2 seasons to suddenly be bumped back in line because someone from season one decides that he now want's a team. If this question has already been asked I apologize for the duplication. If someone would direct me to the answer I'd appreciate it.

That's why the 30 day thing was put in place. People who's accounts are over 30 days old will be placed on the list in the order they signed up on the wait list. People who have been here less than thirty days are placed on the list in order of the date their accounts were created.

If you've been here less than thirty days, you can be trumped by someone who's been here longer than thirty days signing up after you. However, once you reach the thirty day mark, you can't be trumped any more, they'll wind up after you, regardless of how long they've been around.

The overall effect it will have is two-fold - First, when the list first goes active, it will keep the top of the list from being filled with guys who just signed on in the last couple of weeks or so and happened to be online when the list went active. After that, it will probably pretty much ensure that you have to be around the site for more than 30 days to get a team, unless the supply begins to outwiegh the demand, which I don't see happening any time soon.

So in your 2 season example, they wouldn't get trumped, since someone on the waiting list for 2 seasons will have obviously been here for more than 30 days.

Sorry this does not really answer my question. I understand the priority of group A and group B initially.

What I'm saying is again,

If a player who signs up for the waiting list and has been on the list for 60-90 days the amount of time really doesnt matter. If a player who created his account in the first month suddenly decides in 3 months or so that he wants to get a team does he should not get any priority over the person that has already been on the waiting list 60-90 days. See what I'm saying?

Once the waiting list starts there should be a certain amount of time regardless of when you created your account to sign up on the list. You can't wait 6 months to get on the list, and then jump to the front of the line.

If owning a team is reward active players the best is to not annonce the day

JHYATT, what happens is that there is a big list. In the list, there will be 2 groups that you will be classified under- veterans (accounts that are 30 days or older), and the n00bs (accounts under 30 days). AS SOON AS YOU HIT 30 DAYS, THEN WHEN YOU SIGNED UP FOR A TEAM COMES INTO PLAY. For example, I am at 26 days. If I sign up and I am first on the list, and then a guy who has 31 days signs up after me, I get trumped by that guy. As soon as I get to 30 days, since I am first on the list, I IMMEDIATELY get the next team.

I think that the veteran group must be the one of the first season so... 45 days!!! Apparently, the 30 day limit should separate only noobs and the others...

Is this still happening? How do I get on the waiting list for a team - I went to buy a team, but I don't see how to sign up.

I see what you're saying, but you don't seem to be grasping what I'm saying, or I'm not making myself clear enough.

Once you've been here over 30 days, your spot on the waiting list is by the order you signed onto the waiting list. If you've been here 35 days and sign up for the list, and some guy who's been around 60, 90, 120 days signs up after you, he's behind you. Period. But if you were only here 29 days, and he signed up, then he goes ahead of you.

Let's take you and I as specific examples. I've been here since Mid March, approximately 60 days. You've been here 12 days. Say you sign up on the team waiting list tomorrow. As long as I sign up between then and your thirty day mark - approx Jun 6th, I will go ahead of you. Once you reach that thirty day mark, I will be behind you on the list.

So what it's doing is basically saying "First Come, First serve", unless you've been here less than 30 days, in which case you'll have to wait until there is a surplus of teams, or you've been here 30 days.

CoachB05 - I had to re-read what you said several times to understand you had it correct. I'm not sure how you could word that better, though.

Once it's implemented, it will happen automatically once you click on Buy Team under flex points.

So right now it's not implemented, they're trying to get our input to refine the system before they put it in place.

My guess is that it will go active shortly before they release the next group of teams.

Before season 2 is 45 days at least. That's what i think is a veteran.

Well, we're currently on day 24 of Season 2. So that means anyone who signed up before the playoffs in season 1 started is definitely over 30 days.

For the most part, the only people who are going to get trumped on the initial sign up are people who just started this season. If I were them, though I would still sign up as soon as the list goes active, simply because it will ensure you a place when you do hit your 30 day mark.
