I agree that the people visiting the cornucopia and not finding anything is strange given that we have to eat a food ration each night, so I would expect that at the very least people are getting a food ration for visiting. That's what I got when I visited.

The way I see it Someone killed havo to set schrauben up or lend credence to his theory about primate having to be attacked by someone who didn't go to the pornhub. And the same person wanted the food rations he said he just got.

Sugar looks like the likely candidate to have done it.
