The rookie ladder is almost certainly going to be more dynamic, greater swings in ranking per game. On top of that, it's pretty jacked up since quite a few teams were put into ladder matches versus sophomore and seasoned teams which in turn dropped them well below where they should be. I don't expect that it'll be truly accurate for 3 or 4 seasons because of this, but those random guaranteed losses will eventually be overwritten by the accumulation of 'better' games.

On top of that, it's pretty jacked up since quite a few teams were put into ladder matches versus sophomore and seasoned teams which in turn dropped them well below where they should be.
