He absolutely should expect that he does not have a good standing amongst a huge percentage of the userbase, by his own choice, and thus should not be able to trust his coordinators very far. You go around harassing everyone you see on the street, you can't really be surprised when someone you think is your buddy decides to kick you in the balls over it. Doesn't mean I think someone should get kicked in the balls, but you can't claim "he had no reason to suspect this." He made enough reasons to suspect EVERYONE, and if he didn't, he's an idiot.
That line of reasoning is simply retarded. Honestly man, I'm disappointed that you would actually think that because it's so absurd. Being a dick doesn't mean you deserve it if someone screws you.

No, it doesn't. If Pete Rose intentionally screwed his team for gambling profits, that wasn't the fault of the guy who hired him. People have to take responsibility for their own actions, and people like you need to stop making ridiculous excuses. If someone has a coordinating gig, it's their obligation to handle it and avoid errors. Screw-ups happen, and I've had my fair share, but I don't blame the team owner when I do something wrong. I'd have to be an idiot and a coward to do that.

There's a reason there was so much hubbub about the bank bailouts - it wasn't the government's responsibility to keep banks from failing, it was the bank leadership responsibility.
Not according to you. By your reasoning, it was the government's responsibility to make sure those banks weren't doing anything risky, and their failures would then be the government's fault. That's the kind of nonsense you're claiming.
