Got a technical promotion to register today, and I'll be training all the new guys so my manager (currently on register) can actually be a manager and handle the business instead of the machine. I got a promotion in just over 2 weeks on the job. How fucking awesome is that?

In addition, I got a $1.25/hour raise at walmart before I even signed my offer sheet from their initial pharmacy technician starting wage, with another 2 raises coming when I get certified and at my 3 month review.

I'm loving this adult life shit.

I had a 49.95 dollar charge to some random site called jrincsupport.com. Had to call my bank to dispute it and get a new debit card. Apparently fraud charges have had a pretty strong surge recently.

You get one "free" check per year. So that's why it warned you.

I had my card hacked. What kind of bank machine provides $65.79 exactly (plus $3 in service charges on top)? That's right. A bank machine in Canada that not only spits out $5 bills, it also spits out quarters and pennies, despite the penny having been taken out of circulation.
