You can reach lvl 14, but it is not easy... I don't think I have ever seen it before the league finals. You must win the Conf Championship in order to do it.

Yah, made the playoffs on auto-pilot (even some other kids auto-pilot early season) so whether it means my worst is still the best or if golds come to goods and "the rest" , we'll let the playoffs be the case that rest that mystery , but take my advice... invest based purely on history.
