Well everyone starts at 50 at the start of the game. It is just after losing some interactions and/or block against decent intimidating players that you start to see them lose heavy morale.

To be fair, only 33 of those happened against your OLine, and the ones that got pancaked the most have very lopsided builds. Like, one of them has 25 in one of his blocking powers, and 40 balance.

I'll probably end up tweaking it a bit more to take more into account the power differential for balance loss and moving away from more of a static system, which will in theory make it so lower power players aren't constantly getting revcaked by low power players as you see in rookie.


So along the lines of where I mentioned using Power as a way to trigger Balance checks that effect Future Technique rolls?

It's been a few days since you posted this and I'm surprised no one has asked this question:

Did the Balance bug help Power HBs break Tackles from CBs over the past 28 seasons or was it somehow just limited to OLine blocking?

yes we ran that play for a TD and went on to win like 90-0 regardless, but the point still remains that 2 plays into a game should a well built OL be at 20-30 morale with one as low as 13%? what exactly could have caused that much morale drain in 1 ST return and 1 positive run play?

just does not seem to add up, even with the 60 rev cakes we took this game, we had a near perfect game on offense and still had poor morale all game from 2 plays in.

edit: just wanted to state that i am not trying to complain or beat a dead horse about this, just posting for examples since admins seem to be actively reviewing


FYI while posting the Data helps, if it's something that effects both teams, then the Gameplay effect may not be as dramatic as the statistical effect.

Up 31 to nothing, my team feels there is no hope left in life and the Turtles feel like they are gonna win the Super Bowl despite the score:

When I wanted Intimidation fixed/buffed, energy drain on damage done by it was my primary concern...the morale dmg buff is a nice thought but at this point I gotta wonder if this isn't just a bit of an overreaction on Corndog's part.

Is it something they can fix or do we have to suffer through it for the rest of the season?

The 2 bootleg style plays will tend to end up in a lot of scrambles for QB's set to scramble often, since they roll out of the box, so keep that in mind if you use these plays!

Also, I've got a few more in mind, but I don't know if I will get to them before Christmas time or not.

You do know how Passing is broke, right?

No one is going to throw to 3-5 yard crossing routes when Passing for the First Down is dominant.

Please add downfield Passing plays now and then when you fix Short Passing (buff) add more plays like you are currently doing.

Bort, you do know that you have the HB going out on this play yet have the FB in the progressions right?

or maybe it turns out this is an option play to hand off to the FB?

Its very rare they roll back or tweak a change after the season started...I only recall it happening once.
