i don't reallly know what to say to this reply. except I guess I offended more people then i meant to. i like to argue about bands I like. i never wanted to hurt anyones feelings though, let alone have my own a little hurt as well.

i apologize. i'm finished.

HEY, I know this is late in the game, but Def Leppard sold their souls to preteen girls. They even admitted it years ago on Behind the Music. Ppl that liked them before the pansy ass Pour Some Sugar on Me type crap didn't stop liking them because they got popular. they stopped liking them because they went from being a true hard rock/borderline metal band to bubble gum rock

Now, for a completely irrelevant factoid that dates me big time...the first concert I went to see in my tragically misspent youth was the Scorpions...Bon Jovi was their warm up band and got booed of the stage after one song because of the chants of Scorpions was drowning them out....After their first and only song was done, Jon just said, "I guess you don't want to see us" and they walked off. Semi boring, but true story.

I also saw Ted Nuggent (warming up for Areosmith, back before they completely went Bubble gum rock) take a girl from the front row, lay her down on the platform the drum set was on and eat her out for about 5-10 mins (couldn't see anything. He was under her dress....Few months later, paging through a Rolling Stone, there's a pic of him and his fam. It was his wife. Now that's love And so ends my irrelevant, boring stories

At an outdoor show (5-6 bands, Heart was the headliner)...Tons of bikers everywhere. can't remember what the 2nd biker gang was, but the other were the Hells Angels. Anyway, saw this one guy, wearing something different, carrying a 2x4. Didn't think too much of it. This was before mosh pits. everyone just crammed up close to the stage, smashed together as tight as ppl can be (I was about 10 ppl back from the stage. All of a sudden, about 10' away from me, a hole just opens up in the crowd. For about 5-10 mins, the band stops and everyone just watches the guy with the 2x2 get the holy fuck beat out of him by 8-12 member of the gang I can't remember. When they were done, 2 of them just grabbed a leg each and drug his unconscious ass away. Always wondered if the guy actually lived.

Since I lied and am telling more boring concert stories, the only other one I can pretend is somewhat interesting/out of the ordinary was a Suburbs concert (semi popular punk band from the Twin Cities)...Some chick stage dove and was being passed around above the crowd as her clothes got rips off....then was dropped to the floor and spent the rest of the concert getting assaulted on the floor. Back then it probably wouldn't have been charged. Today, for you kids watching at home, that is Alcohol Facilitated Sexual Assault and is a felony, since she no doubt was wasted.

OK, I really am done now. Saw a ton more concerts (Pink Floyd was the best, but Van Halen & Rush weren't far behind...Ronnie James Dio had by far the best stage shows, though...if it was a 80s or 90s rock band, I p much wasted my $ and saw them), but those are the only out of the norm stuff I ever saw at any.

P.S. I used to like Korn for a while, but Staind was always way to whiny for me. seems damn near every song is wallowing in self pity
