Tried to talk soe into adding so weapons on O tp Washington. They missed out lol. But it likely means Washington don't have a good shot in the playoffs either.

Week roundup:
Retirees clinched the wild card spot with a win over Leeds.
Despite C'MON MAN getting the #1 spot on the plays of the week, the Saskatoon Sleepers fell to the Grandpas. The difference in this case was a missed extra point from the Sleepers in the second quarter.
Questions going into the final week:
Can C'MON MAN outgain Leroy Kelly by 90 yards? That is all that separates the two league leading rushers. Houston statistically has the worse rushing defense, but in Senior League anything can happen.
Two players on the same team, Catch Radius and Boy TE Pass, are neck and neck for Rec TD lead. Can either of them pull ahead in the final?
Who will be the defensive MVP? This could be the toughest decision I've made in terms of awards. Lots of good candidates, here's my short list:
CB Test Interceptor
SS Randall Hogue
DT Bunker Buster
DE Ben Derhover
DE Mega Watt
LB Bill Romanowski
Some of these can make up a lot of ground in the final game. Lots of talent in this season, and some really well rounded teams. The playoffs should be great!

Playoffs! The first game is in the books and it was a doozy.
Phoenix ran up an early 20-0 lead on Cincinnati, only to give up a whopping 21 points in the final quarter. Cincinnati reaches the finals in their first playoff run since the first Senior League season. They haven't lost since Week 1, pulling off upset over upset. Neither team passed the ball well today, despite that being their strong suit as teams. Cincinnati almost gave the game away with three costly fumbles, only to score TDs on 3 of their 4 final drives.
Washington and Saskatoon came in as teams with very contrasting styles to the other matchup. Both teams are run first dominators through the season, but for some reason Saskatoon abandoned the run and attempted 68 passes over the course of the game. They were hit with 2 INTs, 14 sacks, and 14 hurries, and never managed to find an offensive rhythm. Washington too struggled through the air, throwing 3 INTs, put had success running the ball with 279 yards on 32 carries. Richie Andrews took the game ball with 7 rushes for 156 yards and 2 TDs, and Washington rolled to a 40-13 victory.
It looks to be an interesting final, with two very different teams. Who will hold the Greybeard Cup?

HOLY SHIT. GAMECHANGER.
Senior League teams now offer contracts to all players on their roster. We're about to see a new day in the Senior League, where teams have continuity and there's much more of an opportunity for parity. If you're trapped on a team you don't like, you are free to leave. THIS IS AMAZING.

Changelog:
- D League and Senior League teams will now send contract renewal offers to all human players near the end of the season, and will re-sign their CPU players automatically
