Candice is the 2nd best passer (in vet) in the game... I'd maybe give you Belgarath in some specific situations over Candice (maybe late game situations due to heart), but there is a pretty wide gap there between them and Gannon. You outplayed Candice in one H2H game? Terrific. Candice has outplayed Saul a few times H2H, but I'm not dumb enough to think Candice is better.

If I decided to throw in the 5 yard line, I'd have AT MINIMUM 20 more TDs this season, and a QBR not far behind Saul. Heck, maybe I'll change up my redzone O against weaker teams, just to pass Gannon and Belg the rest of season.

One of the "issues" with all of this is something called co-factors. In this case the roster makeup. It's impossible to say that Saul, Candice, Belgarath, Gannon are better/worse than the others when the supporting cast is so different. Adjusting for play calling is math, but even that isn't perfect because as TDiddy stated other plays would be run (and in different situations).

What would be really cool is if we could do Fantasy Football-type lineups on the off-days or have agents (us) build All-Star teams.

It would be awesome to switch Saul and Belgarath, for example, and see how they and the teams perform. In some kind of tournament/exhibition/All-Star game, etc.

Seeing how different QB builds effect things (but keeping everything else constant) would be invaluable to both agents and Bort/Cdog so that we can all understand GLB2 better.

I know the standard answer from Bort/Cdog is that they don't want the agents (us) to know all the ins and outs of the game, but let's be frank: They need us to point out stuff that doesn't work and to do that we do need to know how the game works (to a degree).

If the end users can't tell if something is broken, is it really broken?

Yes. Particularly if it's exploitable.

We fix stuff all the time that most users don't/wouldn't know is broken yet they rely on.

If it's exploitable then people can tell it's broken.

But I mean, fixing security issues is a lot different than "this particular build is stronger than another build".

And we don't *need* to find particular builds that are stronger than other builds to "fix" it. The hidden gems are what make the game interesting. If everything worked equally well, there would be no reason to play. The game is the hunt for the hidden gems.

Some hidden gems would be greatly helped by more offensive plays. Virgins in Seasoned have a S* Rushing FB that they want to run with out of Diamond formation, but there needs to be some plays to help utilize that position.

Other formations are extremely lacking in plays. A lot of them need more variety with running plays. Guards/Tackles and how they pull, and for which plays should be something with a lot of offensive variety, yet there isn't.

To this I agree.

But exploits are when DEs ghost through Run blockers because they are set to Elusive. Surely that's not intended nor desired by you.

"Find a great build" is a fun game. But when it's "use Elusive to ghost through blockers" that isn't.

Anyway, I'm glad you're active on the forums. Interaction is a positive. Thanks.

To be honest I'd rather see a lot of fixes to the current plays as opposed to the introduction of new plays. Many passing / running plays at this point in time are virtually unusable. Adding more offensive plays, where a number of them will not likely be usable, will just make it more challenging on newer OCs to determine which plays actually have value.

GG Tdiddy. Here comes a rant about turnovers and/or his S* TE.

Nice throw here though: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/200216/2019476

There are MILES of difference between our 2 S* TEs, and it showed today... I'd give my left nut to have Brian Barlow back for one more playoffs

and yea.... turnovers

I'm finding it harder and harder every offseason to recruit without a "network" of guys to help out. I might have to start to reach out instead of doing everything myself.

It's starting to become a toll on my team, and frustrating for me, when I can visually see certain positions on DA performing better than ours.

What's up with these lopsided games DA? This season we beat you by 21, then you beat us by 18? I would have guessed beginning of season it would be a one-scoreish game every time we play.
