Forgetting can be easy, that's for sure. I just got lucky in many ways: 1) Didn't catch that rough upset 2) My conservatism did not catch up to me (didn't feel like I had too many ridiculously risky picks).

That definitely made the forum based one easier. Just pick 2-3weeks ahead to be safe. I've only been able to make it through maybe 1 season without forgetting since they switched to automated
