Even if scrambling (NOT rushing) QBs are successful next season you should build a normal pocket QB until you have throwing/vision @ the second cap and confidence/strength at the first cap, THEN after having a level 30 QB you can start getting speed and agility way up. Before anyone insults his throwing stats I'm not building a scrambling QB I'm building a rushing QB, next season he'll be purely rushing on a new team. His current stats aren't as great as they could be, because he's currently on a team that's all QB's, no O-linemen, WRs or any defense so we've lost every game by a big margin.

146 rushes, 1,126.5 yards, 7.7 average, 8 TDs

He was running outside....try running one inside

Hell try looking at the date of the post you just quoted and realising that it was (Dec 12, 2008) way back in season 6 before Super Elusive or anything. Everyone was running out of bounds back then.

Well to be honest he was created before Number 17 and there are a few other high level scrambling/rushing QBs that most people don't know about.

Still, Falco wasn't an originator. They just made a bunch of spam threads, there were a few effective scramblers before Falco had his first effective year. Heck, I think my scrambler who was retired was one of if not the first GLB QB to run the Bootleg.(before Bort made it disappear until the O AI and O playbooks emerged)
