No, it would have the 6 known rebuilding teams and the two in my opinion that are weaker than the top 8, and then the top 8 teams who have remained basicaly intact from last season. We'll give it a few days to shake out and then as I do my pre-season write-up I'll rate and rank the teams and make two tiers. this should keep the lower teams involved in the league forum more.
