Great memories in AA#3, I dropped into this board occasionally but have been absent since season 3. Sad to see the Stampede fold but it appears that a good bulk of us are going to be sticking together on a couple of other teams. Best of luck to everyone!

my FB is gonna miss playing for the stampede for sure
sure anyone who plays in this league will understand - really wanna stay in this league- so if any alpha/zeta teams are interested in level 26 boosting custom equip FB - open to any starting job offers.

Yes that's true, but almost always this is just the problem. A lot of guys don't want to come to the Spaniard because they told to me than in my country we don't know nothing about football and they revoked our offers, and with the fake money at least you can train as you want and need and you can upgrade your equipment lvls without problem.
Ok then, there are anybody who want to be a great Spaniard? (like Cristobal Columbus O_o, or something like that), of course one of the best paid player in the league HEHE

Well the Stampede are now the Thessolinika Macedonians, the new owner has yet to post on the forum and I am admitedly a bit worried about his capabilities to run the team as his highest player is level 11. Not trying to judge him before I know him, but im guessing he is very inexperianced. If he asks us for it, im sure all the Stampede are willing to help him out with a few things in the next few days should he need it... but I have a feeling that the Macedonians are going to be a free win for each of you next season.

How much of the team is staying together? I'll have to cry if the Stampede/Macedonians aren't competitive next year. I'd love to see the Macedonians pick up where the Stampede left off and continue to push for playoff spots.

Some of us are moving to Afica to the Ethiopian Starvin' Marvins, or the the US to the Oklahome City Maulers - two good friends of the Stampede.

Well, I have to say I am quite impressed with the guy... he has outlined some plans on the team forum and seems to be stepping up to the plate. As even he admits, this is a new experiance for him so it might take some time, but I think he is going to be able to keep the ship afloat.
Contrary to my previous expectations, it looks like a few guys will indeed be staying so hopefully having 6 or 7 level 20+ guys already on the roster will help him with recruiting. I left him the advice that he needs to start recruiting ASAP and should find some GM help that he trusts.
