Congrats on the win guys, but you are coming off as a bit cocky. I understand the odds you dudes were up against, but the playoffs are a fickle thing and you could very well lose your next game to a team you expect to beat.

I was truly shocked when i saw that you knocked off the Sasquatches though, it's definitely something to be proud of and you're heroes to all the potential underdog teams out there!

Wow, I was stunned to see the Sasquatches bound, tagged, and sent down the river this season by a bunch of Beavers.

Congrats to the Beavers. You ripped our hearts out with that win. Good luck the rest of the way.

I have to be honest. I came over as a GM like two days ago, if you look at my teams that I either own or GM we do fairly well on average. BUT nothing, I mean nothing has ever made so happy in this game. I was told people were giving us zero chance, the team we faced was 22-0 this year counting scrimmages. We won - it was a great game and yes to answer your question I am fairly confident in my abilities.

Actually, they were 19-4 including scrimmages. They had a 16-0 regular season and a 22 game win streak.

I didn't realize we were at all cocky, until reading a couple threads here. Maybe we're coming off a bit cocky at the moment, but it's probably a bit due to the spirit of the team after knocking off a juggernaut. At any rate, cockyness might actually be due, in a Muhammad Ali type of way. We just beat Sonny Liston. Let's see how the rest of the playoffs play out.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing if this was just a fluke or not. I hope not... Good luck, all.

I don't know if you were the OC, DC, or scouting coordinator, but either way you did a nice job, for 1 game. We did this last year in the playoffs to the undefeated team as well. Good luck the rest of the way. Hope you go on to win it all like we did.

BTW - I do it all, Scouting/Offense/Defense. Isn't scouting required to do offense and defense? Are you telling me teams have a scout and then offensive and defensive coordinators?

Some teams have multiple scouts and yes a separate OC and DC.

The Beavers are looking more and more like a team of destiny.

Beavers, that's another impressive victory. If B313R is running the show like he says, then all the more respect to him for helping you guys win. Even for an 8 seed the talent on the Beavers is not lacking at all and just shows you how deep the West is.
