I think the damage is irreparable...

Games like this don't have much margin for error, and it might take months to rebound. He can fix it now, but he's gotta stop adding teams.

Every time he adds teams, the community gets further divided, it gets harder to fill a team, and more people get frustrated and quit.

He need to make it IMPOSSIBLE to sell a team back during the season. If an owner goes inactive... well, here - this is easier:

good stuff there phirefag, pretty much in complete agreement with all your recommendations and points.

You bring up some great ideas in that post Phire. I would love to see at least some if not all of these things worked on before next season but sadly i doubt it will.

The real problem is the fact that even with these capped leagues he is coming out with. Level 11 players want money that level 25 players should be making..they want to try to break a team before it gets off the ground and will sign with the first person to offer them the sun moon and stars and is damn near bankrupt after just him....It isnt the amount of teams. It the agents of the players who think their build is the end all be all. and wont sign with new teams...or rebuilding ones..simply because they want to try to ride the coattails of already successful organizations

But yeah...this game is suffering big time. I've definitely lost a lot of interest in it. Nowdays you won't see the Outlaws website being updated and our forums are maybe half as active as before.

The game should simply NOT be changing mid season. Not to mention, changes need to be thoroughly tested before being inputted.

Players also need to get re-specs after major changes. Having guys i've invested money in become significantly less effective overnight is a severe punch to the groin when it comes to my interest to continue playing this game.

seriously, I really wonder if bort has tested the stuff that he's put in...

for example, the cbs bumping teh shit out of the wrs earlier this season
