So, our league champion moves up to Eastern Europe AA #2 and one of Eastern Europe AA #2's 2 worst teams moves down to our league. Right?

More specifically, our 2 top teams will end up in EEAA#2 Alpha and 2 bottom from EEAA#2 Alpha will come to us. I don't know how the 2 will split from here.
