Good game Lancaster, entertaining match for sure
Looks like you still have a good chance at consolidating your play-off spot, so hope to see you there.

My theory is, we were up 49-0. Bort has said that once you are up 35+ your players get shut down so they don't lose energy. And we were favoring backups by then, so it was all of our lower guys. All 3 scores game on 60+ yard passes, I think they WRs with soft capped speed just outran our guys. The 1st TD the same WR dropped 2 and then caught a 3rd for a 70 yard TD. So a combo of those things.

Must be, 20 just still seems high, but i guess the sim was in a good mood today
Not like it matters anyway, just curious if you favored backups etc hehe

same with us, I favor backups once up 35 pts (unlike some of these teams who think they have done something by scoring 120 and rushing for 5oo yards)
The Rater cant hate you tho Muskie, cuz ur still undefeated lol
Looking forward to Saturday tho

hehe true, but a missed pat is to be expected now and then, my record for the game was 0/2 FG and 2/4 PATs :/ not good, even if both FGs where 40+ yarders.

44 and 44.5 yard FGs are tough this season with the new kicking, which I am a huge fan of, although XPs are still a little screwy, but as I've raised secondary attributes they've gotten better for my K.

gameface25 and everyone else,
Since Lukas's 446.5 rushing game against the Military is such a big deal I decided to go look into it, and Quebec's similar game. At first it may seem we stacked the deck, but a further look seems to show that my team just had a better rushing game. Comparing stats from each team we have one, yes one, more rush and the same amount of pass attempts.
What have we learned from this, well, Hamilton's rushing game is better than Quebecs based only on similar conditions. You say Lukas was stacked, well what about the backup, now a level 18 averaging 6.4 per carry on 18 carries compared to drew bush averaging 6.3 yards per carry on 29 carries. Okay, how about Lukas's 44 (1.02 a carry) Broken Tackles in 43 rushes compared to just 7 (.24 per carry) by drew bush in 29 rushes.
Hamilton played the Military in week 9 and Quebec played the Military in week 13 so not too much time difference there. I'd say the reason Lukas had a larger percentage of the rushes is because if you look at the game we had quite a few 3-5 play drives that ended in our TDs and not many longer so Lukas was fresh for the next series. Quebec had a bunch of long drives before making their TDs so their guys most likely weren't as fresh for their next drives.
I'm assuming most teams still have it set to run if they are ahead so they don't give up meaningless interceptions so that partially explains the excessive rushes for most teams with big, early leads.
For those that want to argue the facts go ahead, but this proves that there is more to this story than meets the eye.

I think we all favor backups because low backups leave room for big plays if you don't keep them leveling when possible.
For your arguement that my team, and others, purposefully ran up the scores against lower teams lets look at some stats.

sigh
you just keep missing my point, so Im not even going to grace it with a response, other than the point Lukas had 43 carries and Gore 18 proves my point, thats 14 more carries than our starter.... who wouldnt have even had 29 if Golden had more stamina....
Why dont you compare the similar games vs GOOD teams if you wanna make your case, using this game is pointless.
