5. How do playoffs work? How do relegations/promotions work?
-----a. You must be in the top 8 of your conference to make the playoffs. And it is single elimination. The top teams in each conference, through playoff, get promoted to the next league (there are 2 conferences in a league and 16 teams per conference)
-----b. The bottom 2 teams in each conference drop down to the lower league

since we get three teams, one from A7, one from A8, one from AAA2

Well we're going to give the Hellfighters every chance. I'm making some pretty big changes before playoff time and if they don't work out, there's a good chance the Hellfighters will beat us.

GG Buzzards. With this lost the last 2 games are crucial to about 5 teams in zeta. Hoping Tsunamis come out on top and get the 2nd seed. Got some tough teams left to play.

Thanks folks, I had to watch the game tape twice just for it to sink in Very close and very well played on both sides. Just goes to show you that on "Any given Sunday" anything can happen

I think that game should be nominated for game of the year. that final play was closer than the rams titans superbowl!

Well I guess the changes I made worked. Tie that in with the Tsunamis last second lost and we might have an outside chance at finishing second after all. Of course we'll have to beat Lost City to even have a shot which is a very tall order to say the least.

The Buzzards finally have something to squawk about! Looking forward to seeing who wins the battle for the #2 spot (as we seem to have a stranglehold on #7) - perhaps the Tsunamis get a shot for revenge?

Will be a very tough road for all Zeta teams through the playoffs - the top 7 could all win on any given day. Good luck to all (especially the newly energized Buzzards!)

Great game titans. I thouhght the hellfighters would be up for the challenge but our defense just needs some work still.

I thought your scheme seemed very sound. You may need to do a little catching up talent wise in a few spots but overall you guys have done a great job with that team this season.
