Any comments on the Lost City /Mekong Nonsense game?

I think you benefited more then suffered from the punt issues.

It'ss till something I would try and get squared away though.

It was like I was playing a Madden player.

I would have much preferred you punted when you should have and taken the 10 points off the board from going on 3 fourth downs. I would have glady given you back the 3 points from the early 4th you missed. And, given we had 1 punt in the first 3 and a half quarters, I would have loved to have the extra 2-3 possessions from you punting. So, if you played it "normal", we would have won 28-13 (or worse) instead of 31-23. Maybe you should go on all 4th downs in the future

As to the game, we were stopped three times - two were flukey fumbles (both by WRs, one on a completed pass for a first down and the other on a kick return) and the final time was an AI error on my part where the game punted on 4th and inches at midfield instead of going for it (fixed that for next game).

I don't see how you can complain about the game when we scored 24 points on our first 4 drives. Then, in the 3rd, had two flukey fumbles and a bad AI 4th and inches (my fault, not the game's) keep us off the board - only to score once again on our first drive in the 4th and put the game to bed.

Up until we went in "run out the clock mode" late in the 4th, we averaged 7.1 yards per play. If you want to blame the going on 4th down for that, have at it. Heck, I may set my team to go on fourth down given you were 2-4 and netted out +7 points by going for it.

Now, if Lost City can just play a big game where we are not -2 or worse on turnovers, things might be a little easier. Maybe as our chemistry increases, that will correct itself. As it stands now, you can guarantee one fumbled kick return (which we lose), one fumble in the opposing red zone (which we lose) and a 50-50 shot at a pick in our territory every game by us.

Mavoo makes sense and I really don't care enough about your game to spend any time looking it over.

No the powers to be says that its definately a bug and to prove I would beat you 10 out of 10 times again I will offer my GM tactics settings to your next 3 opponents.So we make the final seeds right also anybody playing Winona it should be Firestorm,Mekong,Lost City,Winona.But your too arrogant to realize this.

I call Shenanigans! We didn't get any of that!

On a sadder note. Our TO's gave Firestorm 20 points Effectively taking us totally out of the game. On an evil note. Rick Blaine has made repeated death threats to RCR on the WWarriors. Of course he made one to our QB also

Stupid PR let it fall on the one and we get Safetied. Then he loses a fumble on a PR returned for a TD, then he loses a KR on the next play which we luckily get back. Now our teams morale is shot. Takes us a quarter and a half to get it back. Thank God our D was able to keep it close for the most part (sans TO's).
Wow, the 2nd quarter is when 3 of our 4 TO's happened, and we gave up 20 points.

I really don't think they're trying to tick you off, well... Porch is, but that's totally expected.
Mayoo is just saying in this case it actually helped you in the game. NOT that it's not a bug, NOT that you should try and do it.
He's just saying it did NOT lose you the game.
It DID however taint the game. Any game where f'd up shit happens just takes away from the feeling of having played a 'good' game.
I'm guessing (hoping) that's what is really pissing you off.

Well, if it's a game bug, that sucks then. I'm not sure that you would have won (again, you were giving up 7 yards per play until we shut it down in the late 4th), but it still sucks.

So, let me know if there's anything we can do to correct this. At this point, though, (esp when I peruse the bug forum) I'm not sure how many games don't have a handful of craziness.

Oh, and Snaza, you guys may be the one team with more bad luck than we have on turnovers.

Yeah helping out as we speak.You know that would of gave us a three way tie and these next 3 games for all of us a lot riding on the scores,and how much we can put up.DAMN! oh I hope I dont get banned for writing Damn. Nothing against Mandalay because i thinks its another tough game for us and wish them no ill will,but im glad they lost takes some pressure off of us.Especially with game 16 holy hell great job scheduling power vs power all the way through

And theirs not a team in this Conference that is unbeatable.All top 4 teams can win this thing come the playoffs.No untouchables.
