What are you looking for in players / agents? Have a level 2 slow build FS who is a free agent and a level 8 DT whose contract expires day 1 of season 5.

Its a hell of a lot of work, but I've been able to recruit a full team of starters in under a week because of it for a team that doesn't yet exist.

Well i know for SURE that the SS #1 WR and Kicker are staying

Kicker is mine
SS Belongs to the Co-owner/Pr Guy
#1 WR belongs to a powerless GM that does stats and what not

after the season if over ill know who is saying and going but im going to post on the forums and see whos willing to stay but anyone that has players they want to contribute to a slow build team

Thats what happens when you lose a franchise Quarterback. Everything goes downhill.

Last i check we had a losing season as well when you were here with all your "Positive" attitude and your "Small" Ego

We will be better..but only think i should thank you for it debt of which we will be out of that next season

Nobody in GLB is ever happy with their team. The only teams that stay successful long-term are the ones made up of friends outside of GLB. Otherwise, you have too many team members in it just for themselves.

Given the childish mentality of most GLB players, it's very hard to put together a team worth a damn for very long.

Yea thats why my GMs are people i know outside the site and can trust not to screw me over and i know we will never be Elite team in the conference not looking for that just a 5-8 team that can make a good run in the playoffs with a few upsets

I know there are a lot of people out for them self as our First QB *posted above* shows to the world

And its not me thats unhappy with the team its the rest of the players i just want guys that love the game but wont blow up screaming if we lose

Nice last game Joe Flacco. 1 Td and 3 Ints really helped your team win!

Plus, you have more career Ints than TDs. You're downright terrible. They are a better team for losing you.

If you can get a team of actual TEAMMATES together that like one another, in this game, that team will eventually be quite good because you'll figure things out without the constant turnover and having to relearn the roster every year.

Good teams in GLB never seem to stay good for more than a season or two, and this is a big reason why. In the longrun the really good teams are going to be the ones that have stuck together, that's all there really is to it.

Well we got a few guys that are with the team for the long haul

But with everyone and there aunts and uncles getting a team everyone wants there players on there team thus we got a bunch of average or below average teams and only a few great teams in each league
