Well, the Nigeria Warriors' former owner wasn't smart enough to wait for the trades to go through before selling. If I am not mistaken, the trades won't go through.

I think your right about that. Sucks to be those guys.

If you sell your team before 2:00AM, all pending trades are wiped out and the team goes to the new owner or CPU. Suck spot for any player to be in, I know from experience as my CB is on a team that is under it's 4th owner this season...

Hopefully, he's as good as he can be. He has a fair number of players and GM's a solid amount of teams. I don't know how Nigeria's old owner was (besides obviously impatient), but this guy looks like he could have some potential. Although, every team he GM's did get blown out in their last game as of 7am eastern.

I don't see him sticking around very long, since he just got dicked hard - being left with just over 100k to play around with...unless there have already been some major transactions...

I doubt they'd let a new owner get completely screwed like that. When a GM took over a team I was involved with previously, they gave him the $1M that new teams received since the cash was low and levels fairly high.

New teams only start with 500k.
