Agreed, both should have a floor of 20.

I'm basing vision/agility off of my pair of CBs, one with vision, and the other without. The one with vision was able to play evenly against players 4-10 levels higher. The one without vision gives up 7-9 yards for every tackle. Since he's currently tied for 6th in tackles among CBs, that isn't exactly a good thing.

Maybe its the quality of your CB's that are lacking?

i've got 1 CB built as a returner with plenty of speed/agil/vision
the others are speedsters with 40+ speed/agil and at least 30 vision, with 15-20 jumping

it's like my secondary just waits to tackle them half the time instead of going for deflections. i don't get it though because i have had an INT in each of the last few games..
