H-town is a riser in this league, have they done what it takes to take it over?

I'd like to know the answer to that worse than anyone but one thing is for sure, we've certainly put in the work. We feel the gap is getting smaller and smaller each day.

If you don't put in the work each season and bust your tail in this league you WILL fall behind.

if so, my outlook for them has dimmed a bit. I wish the owner or gm will chime in and clarify. I know it can be strategy, but its not like we can do anything about it.

we are partially boosted. not everyone on the team boosts. thus the disparity between first and second string in some positions.

Thunder is much better than Allen in my opinion.

Allen is a very good team, don't get me wrong, but Allen got their 4 wins against probably 4 of the worst teams in the league. They're about to enjoy the vicious 5 game part of the schedule that Omaha & Austin started off with.

If Oklahoma beats us, they'll have the inside track for the #7 seed. Allen / Austin / Omaha / Round Rock will fight for #8 and that should be a very good fight.

Why is everyone sleeping on Omaha and assuming they're not in the playoff hunt ? Omaha *beat* Allen.

Omaha isn't that good. You will destroy them. They have quality starters but they have to play the entire game or put a suspect 2nd string in the game.

If you don't have depth in this league you're relegated to 2nd tier. To be Top 5 in this league you'd better have #2 guys almost as good as your #1s.

No one is sleeping on anyone. My report was just dealing with the teams fighting for 8th right now.

I suppose I see depth issues with us, Omaha, and Allen then.

Just my humble opinion but that's what is holding all of you back from joining the upper echelon. We have the luxury of subbing our Lv 28 QB to put in a Lv 29 QB and taking out our two Lv 27 HBs to spell him with a Lv 26 HB.

But that opinion and $5.00 will get you coffee at Starbucks.

Understood... but some of us will just have to try to get by improving tactics for now. Unfortunately tactics in GLB doesn't make up as much ground as it does in the NFL.

There you go Cerneo, you moved up. I had intended to keep you at six no matter the outcome of the Spartans game, but I did not see the game playing out the way it did. As always Sphere is exhibiting the strongest running game in the conference and a stiffling Defense that takes advantage of your mistakes. The scariest part about Spheres team however is the passing game thats playing possum. I have a feeling when they unleash it it will take the first opponent by a bit of a surprise. A lot of questions will be answered this week. With the right outcome, look for a shake-up in the top 5.

I really think both H-Town and Roughnecks will have something to say about that "best running game" when we get done playing the scrub gutted teams that Sphere has already played. Iowa Jones and their rushing attack is solid, but I will match our ground game against anyone's.

Again, keep on counting us out... keep it going!
