The only thing that matters in the statistical categories is the W.
The rest is just fluff.

But it's some cool fluff... Which is why I just bragged on my running backs a little bit (neither are my player btw). I think some people are just a wee bit insecure when it comes to this stuff.

1) You have been playing bad teams and just piling on.

Which one is it Cali? Hmmmmmm ?

We have cleat marks on our forehead to show that Chelsea ran all over us. So make your own conclusion on that one

It is cool stuff, and it's nice to see owners paying attention to players that aren't on their account. Maybe at the end of this season we could actually do an Alpha and Zeta conference MVP sort of deal, we could come up with a list of 5-10 guys and all vote on it.. the Pro Bowl thing never really ended up working out the way it was supposed to last year, maybe we could try that again too.

Anyway, congrats to both of Cali's halfbacks for picking up 1000 yards insanely fast!

Maybe someone could set up a survey monkey thing?

I'll see if I can set up something by mid season. I'll post the link.

What about a spreadsheet that would have a formula that would rank players from the league leaders page and would eliminate guys who didn't have enough plays this season and try to move up the guys who had better quality plays like TD's or ypr and least missed tackles per tackle, qb rating, and stuff like that.

Then we could let the spreadsheet make the picks and someone would just need to make sure we had the right number of players from each conference.

If someone gives me the list, I'll make the survey monkey.

I'll try to get some time in this weekend on the formulas. What exactly is the survey monkey? Is it a greasemonkey script or something else?

Can you do it for each position? (i.e. LOLB, MLB and ROLB too)

I say this because the MLB's won't ever get any recognition otherwise.

I'm not sure on that because there is no way to differentiate from the team leaders page. I guess it would be up to each league to decide if they wanted to go through the extra work to figure out which LB's were what position.

From what I'm currently thinking we would try to put togther a ranking for defense and then then each conference would be responsible to pull the first 6 LB's or 3 RB's or whatever from their conference off the list. They could always pull the top 2 at each LB position, but they would have to check depth charts to do it and it would be extra time.

The goal is to make it very easy to put the list together.

It's an online survey site. So we can put the candidates in the survey and let people vote. By position would be the preferred method me thinks.
