You guys need to read the whole post.

Every "week" a new play will be selected to compete with the current play of the season. If that play is better, it will be the new play of the season, until that play gets bumped by a better play, and so on, until the season ends.

I think it would be better to just have a play of the week, every week, then let those plays duke it out at the end of the year for top honors.

The majority of my players are O-Liners, so I very much doubt I'll be giving the award to myself.

Glad to see I've apparently annoyed you for no particular reason though

The reason I like the way I did it is;

a) it gives the first few weeks of the season their shot

b) I like the way the new Challenger steps up to the plate each game.
