Good game longreach. Ya'll beat us, not the sim. It was a frustrating play but we were in the position to lose based off of it and ya'll proved you were the better team at this time. Hope we can improve and get ya'll the next time.

Anything can happen. I mean look at Longreach, 4-0. I think that's about as close to a miracle anyone could ask for LOL

Don't know why International is a surprise in the top 10; we have been a good team, just underachieved last season, due to the HUGE chemistry hits we took. All good tho, guess we'll have to show that we deserve to be there!

We had 2 4th downs converted. 1 from 4 yards out and 1 from 1 yard out. Neither of them are unheard of. YOU on the other hand converted a 4th down from 11 yards out. Which is unusual. You're HB fumbles and it is recovered by us and returned 96 yards for a TD. Must be a bug right? Now it means your HB needs to work on his carrying. Our FS that recovered it has high agility which explains how he slipped through.

You'd be in here bragging your ass off if you won but because you lost, it must be a buggy sim. I looked through the play by play. nothing seemed a little unusual. Take the loss and learn from it. Stop making excuses. I came in here and didn't brag or boast about how we beat you guys. I said good game, and we have another tough one next week.

So I will say it again, good game Hat Creek. You will be back in the top 10 next week. I hope we can pull off another win next week against Sydney.

I never said you only won because of bugs. 4th downs arent the reason you won either. Hell, for all I know we would've been forced to kick a FG and loss in OT. BUT! A 96 yard fumble return (With 2 missed tackles) from a HB who rarely ever fumbles (only 1 last year) and with a 2 minutes left in the redzone the HB is just focused on holding on to the ball. That is just plain annoying and you'd be pissed off too.

And another thing, I've never once complained or blamed the sim about a loss until this game, AND NOT EVER bragged about a win, EVER! I even called a lot of our wins last year very lucky. This game though I felt was very unlucky and a little out of the ordinary.

Oh and our 4th and 11 was pretty luck but also a mistake in your AI for playing to far back...

But now I know what it's like. You just feel cheated and like you had no control over it. But in reality you guys played a great game and the win could've went either way in Overtime anyways. Just to lose like that was way more depressing. Oh and I have a ton of respect for Longreach and I root for you guys each week.

It's just the way you came off that lead me to believe you were blaming the sim. I mean if you were in my position and saw a response like you posted here, http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=787761&page=2 , what would you think? I mean you start off with "no offense Longreach". I see that, and all I see is excuses coming after. Saying "No offense Longreach" is pretty much saying we should have won that game and you know it, just in a different way.

I apologize if I came back harsh, but I just got tired of all the excuses, or what I saw as excuses.

Don't forget, we went 2-14 last season. Not a single time did we come in blaming anything. At least not to my knowledge.

Bort posted about fumbles and such, and certain attributes being more important. If you only had 1 or two fumbles last season, so what? Did Emmitt Smith run for 1500 yards each season? NO. So what? Things happen. Were the giants supposed to beat the patriots last year? NO. But it happened. Deal with your loss, people fumble, people miss tackles, life goes on.

Man so people are a little up tight on here. Remember before when everyone was Sarcastic and everyone knew that so no one got offended. And there was like no trash talking unless fiddy or Godlovesbeer started it. And people accually complained there wasn't enough fighting. those where the days.
