How quiet this board is now that we don't have 7 posts a day from Willm saying how good his team is, or D3 telling us how he's the messiah, lol.
As much as I hate to say it, the drama was kinda fun, and some of the arguements were a blast to be in, hehe.

That's always good. When I became an owner it was hard to give up power, after hearing all of the horror stories about guys getting burned, but I got over it and I'm glad I did. My GMs are amazing!!

you guys all suck! lol! just kidding, yeah i miss being able to be on here, new job keeps me busy as hell! no time for this anymore! not to mention, i cant put any money into the game with out the wife knowing with out a company credit card...lol! anyhow, best of luck to everyone this season! I'll try and muster up a way to get some boosts in before end of season as well as some custom equip! I may be selling the team back after this season though not sure! i just dont want to be one of those inactive owners!

Like the next day there he is, or if I need another Corner for running a nickle / dime package, "Hey will this level 20 guy with custom and a booster and an amazing build work out for you?"
Dlee has given our team all the keys to winning, so just setting the tactics for each game has become easier and more fun because our team is so deep we are able to do whatever we really wanna try out for that game, and still be competitive and win.
For GM's that have good owners, appreciate them! There are very few owners out there willing to share their team with their members and let you be an active part. Thanks Dlee and the other owners of Africa AA #3, there are a lot of GREAT owners here, and you guys make it fun.

The GM's we have are ridiculous. I'm apparently not as good as dlee at recruiting! Dr. Acula is a friend from way back and ryan20662 was either the first or second guy we signed. We have added some guys since then and they do the heavy lifting. I'm LUCKY to have them.

I GM in eastern europe for one of the guys that was on my team here in Lima last year. He got his own time and gave me all power. im doing finances,signing,gameplans when they arent put up(grrrr) hiring new coordinators( had to fire our DC and the OC is going inactive. Shame, he was given a Pro team.). You name it im doing it over there. Makes the game funn though.Im glad i found this place

I DC on a team in Western Europe as well and the owner goes in and alters my settings and depth charts, but oh well. The NEThawks have a great staff and owner, we all work together and give suggestions but nobody undercuts anybody and interfears with their duties. They're a great bunch and I'm lucky to work with them.

With the way the player market is we should all help each other out if someone GMs in another league (out of Africa), if we have personal players to share. Next season I'm going to make a thread here of all my F/As or players (that I own) I'm trying to unload before I offer them to everyone else on the open market. We can build Africa up with Africa owners!
