Yeah, I noticed that after my post, but I'm still sticking with you missing only one *important* team

Very glad to see the success of the advancing western teams, since that means whatever team makes it out of the heap this year should be able to still hold their own in their higher league.

Great job so far by the Fire and Royals. The Hedgehogs do have a fun little scrimmage against Richey tomorrow which will be tough. In a sick way I am kinda hoping they can put some points up on our defense, so our semi-crappy defensive AI can be improved before we face off vs. the demolition, lol.

Don't mind wrongway, the Slashers are full of psychos.

It's a recruiting tool!

Your D looks like its handling teams just fine. No need to improve the AI

I'm a bit of a perfectionist ops. I am very happy with how they've played, but I am also positive that the AI can be improved given I take the time to do it. Is it so much to ask to want to win every game 50-0? lol.

Not at all. I want to face the best Chicago has to offer.

We still have a tough game to play against the Horde first and we definitely aren't looking past them. Still, I'm looking forward to us locking horns soon. Hopefully we will both still be undefeated to add some drama to it.

Doesn't seem like a $$$ issue, he still has 20 players level 20+ *and* 14 players level 1-3, with the lowbies all on Driftless.

No telling how he got there, but it definitely is a farm team now.

I don't visit the A6 forum much so this is a rather late reply.

My decision was based on $$$ and time. I originally thought I'd be able to replace half of my 40+ players within two seasons but barely replaced a third. With a family and a busy job, I had enough time to do okay with builds and game planning but couldn't add two hours of recruiting each day.

I tried a couple of trades near the end but as most of you know, players with high-quality builds and good attitudes rarely get traded. Releasing all my players at once was my only option unless I wanted to watch the Gamers die a slow painful death. So I sent my best players off to help former teammates who had teams of their own, and a few other players to some former opponents. I retired the rest until I had enough FP to boost the remaining for three seasons.

The new low-level players will not be boosted and are little more than FP storage, although I get to experiment with builds. In a couple of seasons I'll have to decide to retire a few more players or buy more FP, but at this point I'd rather wait to see how the game progresses before I spend any more on it.

I'm keeping the Gamers for now in case I get to know some players willing to join in a season or two.

Hopefully that explains it well enough.

The Royals (10-0) are playing the Templars (10-0) in their next game. I think the winner will end up as the #1 seed in the AA#3 playoffs.

The Royals just improved to 13-1 a few minutes ago by blasting the Los Angeles Cobras. The Wolfpack also just smashed Driftless to the surprise of no one.

We nearly had that game, but blew our early 3-0 lead. Now the series between us is even at 1-1. Darn.

Doc, your players need more stamina. That should help you keep your leads.
