agreed...

I was able to field the majority of my team in about three days, but I was on here like 71 out of 72 available hours. LOL...or so it seemed.

I know. I couldn't afford not to be on here 24/7 during recruiting time. When the team actually arrived I had to send a few players at stacked positions a notice that I didn't have room at that position. I really felt bad because I got to know them during the offseason. I just wanted to be fair to everyone with playing time.

Seems like a long time ago now that we finally get to play the darn games.

I kinda got lucky with recruiting. We had our second child and was in the hospital for 4 days with wireless internet. Between feeding the kid and sleeping, I was on trying to get players. Glad everything worked in this timeframe since I haven't had to work in 2 weeks.

Athens continues to get no respect in my power rankings and I am not really sure why. I guess I am not quite sold yet on just how good this team actually is. A competitive showing next game against RCR will do wonders for their ranking. Until then I am sure they will continue to prove me wrong by playing smart, quality football. Currently they will remain a fringe team looking to announce to the rest of the conference that they will not be overlooked.

Have we announced to the rest of the conference that we won't be overlooked yet? GG Ransom you did have me worried there.
