Check out the title of the ad. . . . looking for a team with integrity. Then notice how neither he, nor the team he signs with has any integrity at all.

Then the new owner traded him to this poor owner who didn't bother to look at the player's salary before the trade was made. The newest owner now wants out and is stuck. How's that for integrity.

Teams are bankrupting themselves to get these level 13 players.

People don't understand that outside of equipment and training costs, money is worthless to players in this game.

Yah, it sucks paying someone a boat load of money when you could be putting it into a stadium

That's one area I have been lucky on with Dallas. I have reasonable people who understand the big picture. Everyone on my team is a team player and understands what it takes to run a team. Finding people like this is not easy and makes recruiting that much harder, but if you get a good group of people like this it makes the little bit of recruiting you have to do not so bad. Its getting to that point that really sucks.

That is what I started out doing with the Stunners. About half of the team is friends of mine, and I have a few more players from another web forum that I frequent which is actually where I picked the game up from. It's been a bit of a tussle at times with friends expecting to start just because they are a friend while other friends completely understand the team concept, so even this approach isn't problem free.

Beyond that I have been trying to recruit mature players and getting rid of the "me me me" players. I have found that our team forum is a very fun place and that everyone enjoys being. We may not ever be a championship contender, but I am confident that we will always stay competative, will all be together and will have a good time together for several seasons. That is all we are looking for in this game.

I actually had a very tough recruit that I landed and probably the main reason I was able to get a second and third PM from him was because I recognized from his avatar that he was most likely from the same metropolotin area I am in and I mentioned that in my first PM to him and included my town name. Turns out he lives in the same suburb as I do (what are the odds). This wound up being the tiebreaker in his decision to play for us, but I may not have even had a chance without that stroke of luck of being from the same town. Now I just need to take him out for a beer or two.

It's so bad we are willing to sit our higher level players so we can get quality players and people still will not sign! I'm starting to think well lose about a third of our squad during and after this season. Hopefully we can still have a team next season. We need GLB to stop making teams and make this game more balanced for player and teams.

Who doesn't sit higher level players that are owned or Gmed.

Lol I'm in the league with the team that WR signed with. The players and former owner were assholes. I'm glad the team bankrupted.

Wow that owner pm'd me asking if he could have my capped players on Yellowknife lol. I ignored him. Big Brain's sent the message, was he the old owner? I see chemistry grace period.

That's unfortunate. I'd have happily played backup SS/FS/CB, especially to stay in USA 7 on a decent team

No, I don't know who the old owner was. Though he tried to sell me a really shitty level 12 LB for 300k

Yea, it sucks that we didn't need you/couldn't sign you when you were available. The n00bs could really use you now. Sign with us when your contract is up?

I'm so sick of checking my inbox to see the word REJECTED, only to find the player has signed with a team worse than mine that is paying him $10,000 a day. Who effing needs $10,000 a day?

Yea I know. It's bullshit.
