I am not taking anything wrongly - we were as surprised as anyone that we won.
We did very little game planning, didn't change our tactics from last week and I accidentally left our depth chart in the wrong order (got stuck at my in-laws house way longer than I thought looking at vacation pictures of Alaska "Hey! More Ice! Awesome!")
This was our second win in three seasons. I am fairly certain we will win no more and we will get to BBB a year later than we had planned to. We petitioned for a move from USA AAA#1 after season 2 - the team was gutted and robbed by the previous owner - and were the very first team on the new "no moving" policy.
Anyways, looks like you have a good league going here - we'll look forward to bouncing back up this way some time in the future.

Well you got Columbus' score right. We've been very pleased with our showing in games that count. I still want those two preseason games back but I'll take #1 for 2 weeks in a row I guess. At least when the season is over and we're 2-14 we can say "remember those first two games? Man those were fun!"
Question: Would Carolina count as a statement game? Because I'm scratching my head at how to even approach a team like this.

thanks, Merrill has actually been one of our best kept secrets. since we've never boosted till the playoffs, he's always been under the radar but had monster post-seasons after we boost. It will be interesting to see what he does this year if we decide to boost during the regular season.
